Neil Duncan is a Senior Vice President in the Investments Group where he primarily focuses on multifamily development acquisitions. Prior to joining Penzance, Mr. Duncan was on the Investments team at JBG where he focused on mixed-use multifamily acquisitions and investment management of several development projects.
He earned his BS in Finance from the University of Denver and his MBA from Columbia Business School. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Duncan served in the US Army, 173rd Airborne Brigade, as a paratrooper and Fire Team Leader with tours of combat duty in Europe, Iraq and Afghanistan.
