Jaclyn Easton is the HR Manager at Penzance. She is responsible for managing Human Resources for the company, fostering a positive and productive culture representative of Penzance’s values.
Prior to joining Penzance, Jaclyn was the Director of People and Culture at Eastport Analytics, a data analytics group based in the DC region. At Eastport she supported recruitment, professional development, employee engagement and HR administration. She began her career in HR after transitioning from advocacy and social work.
Ms. Easton received her MSW and BA in Social Work from The Catholic University of America.
