The Penzance DC Real Estate Fund

A $255 million real estate fund targeting value-add investments in residential and commercial property and mixed-use development throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan region. The fund closed in 2018 with a diverse mix of institutional investors, including endowments, foundations, and family offices.
