Tom Boylan is a Senior Vice President focused on data center development at Penzance with more than 16 years of experience in industrial, office, retail and residential projects.
Prior to joining Penzance, Tom led development activities at The Meridian Group that included design, entitlement, permitting, financing, marketing and leasing of several projects such as The Boro mixed-use neighborhood in Tysons, VA, One Logistics Park industrial center in Winchester, VA, and the Anthem Row office/retail repositioning in Washington, D.C.
Tom is a LEED AP and received his AB from Harvard College and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
