Doug Bissanti is Senior Vice President of Construction at Penzance, bringing 39 years of real estate development and construction management experience across the Washington, DC and Boston markets. Prior to joining Penzance, Doug held senior level project management and leadership positions with Stonebridge Associates and Cushman & Wakefield.
In the Washington, DC market, Doug has led the delivery of more than 3,000 apartment units and 4.5 million square feet of urban infill, mixed-use, multifamily, office, institutional, and adaptive reuse projects, representing approximately $1.5 billion in construction costs. Throughout his career, Doug has delivered quality projects on schedule and within budget.
Doug is a graduate of Dean College, where he majored in Building Construction, and is currently completing his bachelor’s degree at Roger Williams University.
