Sophia Fofana is Associate Director of Strategy and Operations. She focuses on organizational strategy, data-driven research, and corporate growth and change initiatives. She previously served as Associate Director on the Global Corporate Strategy team at CBRE, where she led research, competitive analysis, and cross-functional strategy projects.
She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
