As Chief Financial Officer, Pete Lloyd oversees the firm’s financial strategy and operations, supporting its investment activities and long-term growth.
He has more than 30 years of experience across real estate, private equity, asset management, and public companies.
Prior to joining Penzance, Pete served as Global Chief Financial Officer of EQT Real Estate/EQT Exeter, where he helped lead a global real estate platform with more than $30 billion in assets under management and $55 billion in gross asset value across more than 35 investment vehicles, including both private and public entities. His responsibilities spanned strategic planning, debt capital formation, liquidity management, mergers & acquisitions, finance/accounting, investor reporting/relations, and operations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Previously, Pete held senior leadership positions at KTR Capital Partners, Keystone Property Trust, Morgan Stanley, Milestone Partners, and other financial institutions.
Pete is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a BS from Villanova University.
