Project Description

Portfolio comprised of seven single-story flex and data center buildings ranging in size from approximately 25,000 to 65,000 square feet, in the Reston/Herndon submarket. Penzance has sold three of the original ten buildings that made up the portfolio at acquisition. The buildings serve a variety of tenants, predominantly technology firms and defense contractors, and are proximate to Phase II of the Metro’s Silver Line. Penzance plans to enhance the portfolio’s amenities to better suit the needs of the typical Toll Road tenant.
