Metro Logistics was a Class A last mile industrial warehouse developed by Penzance in Prince George’s County, Maryland. The property was acquired off-market in a supply-constrained submarket approximately 5 minutes from Pennsylvania Avenue (Route 4) and 8 minutes from the Capital Beltway (I-495). Construction commenced in June 2024, with substantial completion achieved in October 2025. The project earned LEED Gold Certification — among the first LEED Gold certified warehouses in the DMV region — and was structurally designed to accommodate the future installation of solar panels. Metro Logistics was sold in 2026.
