Mr. Holden is a senior analyst focused on new investment opportunities and the development and asset management of existing investments.
Prior to joining Penzance, he was an analyst at Brydell Partners, a London based private real estate investment firm, where he played an active role in the acquisition and management of a $600m portfolio spanning life science, industrial and multifamily sectors.
Mr. Holden received an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University and a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
