David Bushey is Property Manager for the Reston/Herndon portfolio. He began his career in property management at Penzance in October 2017 as a Tenant Services Coordinator.
Mr. Bushey is currently pursuing his Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary in 2016 and his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from James Madison University in 2014.
