Penzance is pursuing entitlements for an approximately 18-story, 360,000 Square Foot multi-family building with ~340 units of market rate apartments and amenity program. Final entitlement approval is expected in Q1 2027. In the meantime, Courthouse Place continues to serve its office tenants.
