Ms. Micek is Vice President, Multifamily Investments and Asset Management. Her primary areas of focus are sourcing multifamily acquisitions and asset managing the firm’s multifamily portfolio.
Previously, she sourced acquisitions and led asset management for Equity Residential’s metropolitan Washington, D.C. portfolio of approximately 15,000 units across 47 properties. While at Equity Residential she assisted with the acquisition of four assets with a combined value in excess of $300 million dollars. She began her career at PGIM Real Estate, where she underwrote and closed approximately $750 million of commercial real estate mortgages across office, multifamily, retail, industrial, and self-storage properties for General Account, CMBS, and Agency platforms.
Ms. Micek is an active participant in ULI Washington and served on the National Landing BID’s Transportation Committee. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Emory University.
