Thomas Rigal is a Senior Analyst focused on acquisitions and investments. He supports the evaluation, underwriting, and execution of new investment opportunities across a range of asset classes, including multifamily and data centers. His responsibilities include financial modeling, market analysis, and coordinating due diligence to inform investment decisions. Before joining the Investments team, Mr. Rigal was on the Development team at Penzance assisting with diligence and entitlement for a range of Penzance development projects.
Prior to joining Penzance, Mr. Rigal was on the Development Team at Edgemoor Infrastructure and Real Estate, a subsidiary of Clark Construction, where he underwrote development opportunities and worked closely with the design and construction teams, providing him with a strong foundation in project execution and risk assessment. He began his career in the Consulting practice at Ernst & Young.
Mr. Rigal holds a BS in finance and management information systems from Boston University. He is currently pursuing a masters in real estate development at Georgetown University and is a member of the ULI Young Leaders Group.
