Mr. Rigal is a Senior Analyst on the Development Team assisting with due diligence, planning, and entitlement for a range of assets from multifamily to data centers.
Prior to joining Penzance, Mr. Rigal was on the Development team at Edgemoor Infrastructure and Real Estate, a subsidiary of Clark Construction, where he underwrote development deals and assisted with construction and design management. Mr.Rigal began his career with Ernst & Young in its Consulting practice.
Mr. Rigal received his BS in Finance and Management Information Systems from Boston University. He’s currently pursuing his Master’s in Real Estate Development at Georgetown University and is a member of the ULI Young Leaders Group.
