Roger Mellado is a Senior Analyst, Development, focused on due diligence, planning, and entitlement for multiple asset types including multifamily and data center developments.
Prior to joining Penzance, Mr. Mellado worked at JLL Project & Development Services as a Project Manager dedicated to the SAIC account. He led budgeting, design coordination, and construction management for projects ranging from corporate headquarters and industrial warehouses to SCIF facilities.
Mr. Mellado began his career at John Moriarity & Associates, where he supported delivery of three ground-up, high-rise multifamily developments in the Washington, DC region.
Mr. Mellado received his BA in Economics and Political Science from Bucknell University.
