Mrs. McCLung is a Property Accounting Manager for Penzance’s multi-family assets.
Prior to joining Penzance, Mrs. McCLung served as a Senior Property Accountant for Quadrangle Development Corporation in Washington, D.C., where she was responsible for accounting for two major commercial properties including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
Mrs. McCLung is a licensed CPA in Maryland. She earned her BS and master’s in accounting from Niagara University.
