Ms. Kowall as Senior Vice President, Investments focuses on acquisitions, sourcing development, value-add and stabilized product types, including industrial, residential, and commercial properties.
Previously, Ms. Kowall was a Vice President on the investments team at MRP Realty, where she focused on office and industrial acquisitions valued at over $800 million in total capitalization. Prior to that, she worked at The JBG Companies on portfolio management for JBG’s investment funds. Ms. Kowall is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and the DC Real Estate Group.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University.
