Mr. Kline is a Senior Analyst on the Asset Management team where he is responsible for creating and implementing asset-specific business plans for the diverse Penzance portfolio of commercial and residential investments.
Prior to joining, Mr. Kline worked at Finmarc Management Inc. where he underwrote acquisitions, supported leasing initiatives, and managed the due diligence and closing processes. Prior to that, Mr. Kline worked on LCOR’s development team where he assessed market trends, underwrote prospective developments, and played an integral role in the construction oversight of Sage, the firm’s mixed-use project in Pentagon City.
Mr. Kline received a BS in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
