Mr. Babaoglu is responsible for maximizing the value and performance of Penzance’s diverse portfolio of commercial and residential investments.
Previously, Mr. Babaoglu was an Asset Manager in the Special Servicing group at CWCapital where he was primarily responsible for the resolution of over $1B of defaulted CMBS loans nationwide. Prior to CWCapital, he was a Market Analyst at CoStar Group overseeing three major and seven secondary US markets.
Mr. Babaoglu received his BS in Economics from Virginia Tech and his MS in Finance from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School.
