Jacob Rosenberg is a Senior Vice President, Investments. He focuses on multifamily and industrial properties. Prior to joining Penzance, Mr. Rosenberg led Investments for the Washington, DC Office of Carmel Partners. While at Carmel, Mr. Rosenberg acquired 2,000 existing and ground-up multifamily units valued at over $1 billion, and he oversaw a local portfolio of 3,600 units valued at almost $2 billion. Over his 15-year career, he has held key positions on the Investment Teams for Spear Street Capital, Federal Capital Partners and Fundrise.
Mr. Rosenberg is an active member in the DC Real Estate Group, Jewish Federation of Greater Washington and United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
Mr. Rosenberg holds a BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
