Mr. Shepsman manages the investments team, serves as Fund Manager for Penzance Funds II & III, and is a member of the Investment Committee. His primary focus at Penzance is on the deployment of capital on behalf of Penzance’s real estate funds and the asset management of existing assets.
Mr. Shepsman has 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Penzance, he was managing director and co-head of the US real estate business at Partners Group, a global private equity firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shepsman was a vice president on the acquisitions team at Investcorp, in New York. He began his career as an analyst at Credit Suisse. He has a BS in economics from Duke University.
