Dave Germond is Partner, Capital Raising & Investor Relations. Mr. Germond is responsible for leading Penzance’s capital raising activities across investment strategies. He previously served as Partner for Capital Raising for Mack Real Estate Group, and as a senior executive in the Equity Capital Markets group at Tishman Speyer. He began his real estate career with Prudential (now PGIM).
Mr. Germond is a capital markets executive and relationship manager with more than twenty-seven years of institutional investment management experience in developing and marketing a diverse array of investment vehicles including closed-end limited partnerships, open-ended core funds, SMAs/separate accounts, private REITs, and direct property investments (clubs and joint-ventures) across global equity and credit strategies.
Mr. Germond has served as a mentor to young professionals in ULI, served as a mentor and team leader for Project Destined, and is involved in leadership roles with youth sports & philanthropic organizations in his hometown of Westfield N.J. Mr. Germond holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
