Ms. Davis is responsible for several properties in the firm’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Penzance, Ms. Davis served as an Assistant Controller at NGPV Management Company responsible for a portfolio of properties including retail, office and GSA leased assets. Before that, she was Assistant Vice President of Accounting at Polinger Company, where she oversaw a portfolio of eighteen commercial properties totaling over 2.5 million square feet. Ms. Davis has over 13 years of accounting experience managing more than 5 million square feet of commercial real estate properties.
Ms. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University and is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, an honorary organization for accounting, finance and information systems majors.
