Christina Chang is a Senior Vice President, Asset Management.  She is responsible for business plan execution and value creation for the Penzance portfolio of multifamily investments.  She was previously at KETTLER, ASB Real Estate and JBG Smith. Ms. Chang holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Harvard College. She is a LEED AP O&M, and an active member of ULI Washington.
