Bob Bechtel is Vice President, Investments. He is focused on industrial and logistics acquisitions. Prior to joining Penzance, Mr. Bechtel was on the investments team at Northbridge Partners, responsible for acquisitions and leasing in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Before that, he worked for IPA where he spearheaded the firm’s last-mile logistics efforts, also in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Over the course of his career, Mr. Bechtel has facilitated the acquisition and sale of 10 million square feet of industrial/logistics assets valued at over $1.5 billion.
Mr. Bechtel holds a BSBA in finance from Elon University. He is an active member of NAIOP, Surfrider Foundation and the French Bulldog Rescue Network.
