Michael Warren is Chief of Staff. He works with the Founder and Managing Partner to support the firm’s capital raising efforts and drive strategic initiatives across the enterprise. He is responsible for coordinating executive priorities, facilitating clear communication, and conducting research and analysis to support business development. He previously served as an Associate on the Investments Team. Before joining Penzance, Mr. Warren worked as an Associate with Jamestown, where he led the analytics effort for Ponce City Market Phase II, a 500,000 SF mixed-use development in Atlanta, GA. He began his career on the capital markets team at EDENS in Columbia, SC.
Mr. Warren holds a BA in economics with minors in business administration and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
