Thomas Rigal is a Senior Analyst, Development. He assists the Development Team with due diligence, planning, and entitlement for a range of assets from multifamily to data centers. Prior to joining Penzance, Mr. Rigal was on the Development Team at Edgemoor Infrastructure and Real Estate, a subsidiary of Clark Construction, where he underwrote development deals and assisted with construction and design management. Mr. Rigal began his career with Ernst & Young in its Consulting practice.
Mr. Rigal holds a BS in finance and management information systems from Boston University. He is currently pursuing a masters in real estate development at Georgetown University and is a member of the ULI Young Leaders Group.
