Lucian Licata is the Fund Controller. He handles investor reporting and relations, financial planning, analysis, and administration for Penzance’s real estate funds. Previously, he served in finance roles at JP Morgan Asset Management, Colony Capital, and PwC.
Mr. Licata holds a BS in accounting from SUNY Binghamton and is a licensed CPA.
