Mr. Pauling is a Property Accounting Manager for the following assets: 50 F Street, 1680 Wisconsin, Parkridge IV, Sunset Hills, 4040 North Fairfax, and Colvin Woods.
Prior to joining Penzance, Mr. Pauling served as Project Accountant for Stout & Teague where he was responsible for preparing monthly financials for the company’s portfolio of owned and managed entities. Prior to that, Mr. Pauling was an Accountant with the Shaner Hotel Group, where he was responsible for monthly financials and asset dispositions for their third party accounting client, Crescent Hotels & Resorts.
Mr. Pauling received his Bachelors of Science from The Pennsylvania State University.
