Ms. Demarest has over 20 years’ experience in business administration and management. Prior to Penzance, she worked for Rich, Rosenthal, Brincefield, Manitta, Dzubin and Kroeger, PLLC. as a law firm administrator. She has also worked for two technology companies; Intelligenx, Inc. and YaSabe, Inc., as the Director of Human Resources and Operations.
Ms. Demarest has extensive experience in full cycle human resources and day to day business operations. She has a Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR), a Senior Certified Professional Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Leadership from George Mason University, and serves as a notary for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
