Mr. Wranaker is the Assistant Director, Property Management, serving as the liaison between Penzance’s Executive Director, Property Management and the property operations team, with responsibility for implementing and monitoring the consistent application of policies and procedures across the portfolio. He has over 15 years of experience in the industry.
Previously, he was a Senior Property Manager at Tishman Speyer where he oversaw a property team of more than 20 managers and engineers and an office portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet of trophy and class A office buildings in the DC Metro area.
Mr. Wranaker is a LEED Green Associate and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has received a number of awards, including the Akridge 2008 service award for outstanding tenant relations and the 2009 Foundation Award for Employee Excellence.
