Mr. Hogge is an Associate on the Investments team focused on evaluating residential ground-up development opportunities and acquisitions. He is responsible for underwriting prospective investments, assisting in the due diligence process, and supporting asset management initiatives across the existing portfolio.
Prior to joining Penzance, Mr. Hogge worked at McCourt Partners investing in transformative ground-up development projects in New York, Miami, London, and most recently Dallas. He also previously worked at Bank of America on their New York-based Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging investment banking team.
Alex graduated from the James Madison University College of Business in 2017 with a BBA in Finance.
